All payments are made to “Superior Home Solutions”, which is the business entity that I sell my art through. I accept payment from direct credit card processing, and business or personal check. If paying by check, please contact me. All orders begin processing as soon as payment is cleared. Thank you for your order. Note: Change orders will be charged according to work requested.
Orders are shipped to the mailing address you enter, so please verify the address is correct. Art that is already made and ready to ship, usually ships in a few days. Pieces that are made to order or custom orders will vary in completion time, depending on the complexity of it. I will keep you updated on your particular order and the estimated shipping date. International Shipping: I can ship internationally on most items. If the item ships internationally, it should be available to ship as such under the shipping options when checking out. If you are having a problem shipping internationally, you may contact me for further assistance. Please note that you are responsible for all fees, taxes, duties, etc., which may be required for you order. Shipping and handling costs are estimated as closely as possible to actual cost. Additional invoices occur when the shipping rate is substantially more than the estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction with your art purchase; including the creation, photos posted, description, packaging, and shipping. Due to the uniqueness of the piece I, typically, do not offer refunds. If the piece is damaged in shipping, we will work together with the shipper to resolve the issue.
